the small pool was a nice feature to have. the location is near many restaurants, bars, and river ferries! the breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning. the 24-hour reception was also helpful for late-night inquiries.
the room showed a bit of wear and tear compared to the photos, though it was still acceptable.

the staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. i saw the reception team assist with taxi bookings and directions throughout my stay. they answered inquiries efficiently, and i appreciated their quick responses.

The staff was very helpful. I was charmed when the receptionist quickly arranged for my phone's return after I left it in a taxi. I found the breakfast quite complete, a positive surprise. The location is suitable. Many places are within walking distance, a feature I appreciated. I also liked the swimming pool. It provided a refreshing break after exploration.
I observed some facilities needing maintenance, a minor drawback.

the room was not adequately soundproofed. i was disturbed by significant noise coming from the street outside. also, the air conditioning unit seemed old and barely cooled the room.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast offers many food options. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from restaurants and shopping. It is about a 20-minute walk from the water bus stop. I found it convenient for visiting temples. The staff is helpful and kind. They prepared a take-away breakfast because my train departed very early.
The area was noisy because of the local residents. It was constant. I also found it hard to locate.

The hotel is conveniently located about fifteen minutes by foot from restaurants and shopping areas. I appreciated this closeness. The water bus stop is only a twenty minute walk, with access to various temples. The position offers convenient access to the city.

The hotel has a good breakfast buffet including fruit, coffee and both Western and Thai options. The pool is clean and I could see that pool towels are available . I could get snacks and drinks at the twenty-four hour reception.

The staff are helpful, polite and very professional. The staff assisted me by arranging a takeaway breakfast because I had to depart very early. I appreciate they helped me locate a tuk-tuk driver when I checked out.
